Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Cobblewright LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using cobblewright.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Use of the website
You may view, browse and print pages from this website for your own information and for legitimate business purposes, including verifying information about our company. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server, or any connected system;

The name Cobblewright, the Cobblewright mark, and the names of our products are trademarks of Cobblewright LLC. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them, except as reasonably necessary to refer to our company or products accurately.
Third-party materials used on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Products and product terms
Cobblewright develops and publishes software applications and online services. Each product is supplied under its own terms of service, end-user licence agreement and privacy policy, which govern your use of that product. Where a product is distributed through the Apple App Store or another platform, the terms of that platform also apply.
Software published by Cobblewright is supplied under our End User Licence Agreement unless a particular product states otherwise, and purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
This website does not currently process payments. Subscriptions to our browser-based products are purchased and managed on those products’ own websites under the terms published there. Downloadable applications for macOS, Windows, iOS, iPadOS and Android may be offered through an official app store, directly from Cobblewright, or through a payment provider used by Cobblewright.
Prices shown on this website are indicative, are stated in US dollars unless marked otherwise, and may change. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout or by the store through which the purchase is made. The price that applies to a purchase is the price shown at the point of purchase in the channel where the purchase is made.
Information about products in development
This website describes products that are still being developed. Descriptions of planned features, platforms and availability are provided for information only, may change without notice, and are not a commitment that any product will be released, will contain any particular feature, or will be available on any particular date or in any particular territory. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this site current and correct, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. We may change, correct or remove material on the site at any time.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the company and its products develop. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after that point means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Cobblewright regarding this website.
