Last updated: 3 September 2026. Cobblewright products are still in development. This policy is published in advance so the terms of any future purchase are clear before it is made.

Refunds for released products

Cobblewright products shown on this website are currently in development. No product marked In Development is available for purchase from this company site, so no payment or refund is required for those products.

When a product is released, the purchase page will identify the seller, payment channel and refund terms that apply before payment is made.

App store purchases

If a Cobblewright application is purchased through an app store, refund requests are handled under that store’s policies and procedures. The relevant product page will identify the store used for the purchase.

Direct purchases

If Cobblewright offers a downloadable application for direct purchase, the applicable refund terms will be displayed with that product before checkout. Refunds processed by Cobblewright or its payment provider will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time and applicable law.

Subscriptions

Browser-based subscriptions are purchased and managed on the individual product’s website. Trial, cancellation and refund terms for a subscription are published there and apply to that subscription.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where local law provides additional cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.
